Cajun Potato Topper


2 cups sour cream

1 cup Oregon Flavor Rack's CAJUN CATSUP

1 Tbl Oregon Flavor Rack's CAJUN SPICE

1 cup diced onion & chopped olives


Mix all ingredients until well blended.  Refrigerate for about 1-hour.  Serve on baked potatoes or with your favorite Mexican dish for a spicy alternative to regular sour cream.
