Chicken & Shrimp Gumbo


2 boneless chicken breasts (diced)

1 pound cooked shrimp

1 pound fresh or frozen okra (cut)

2 cups instant rice

30 oz can tomato sauce

1 large onion (diced)

2 large stalks of celery (diced)

1 large bell pepper (diced)

2 Tbl Oregon Flavor Rack's ITALIAN HERB BLEND

2 Tbl Oregon Flavor Rack's CAJUN SPICE

1 Tbl Oregon Flavor Rack's GARLIC PEPPER


In large kettle, bring 12 cups water to a rapid boil.  Add onion, pepper, celery and okra and cook until tender.  Add chicken, shrimp, rice and seasoning cook over a medium heat until rice is done (about 5- minutes).  Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.  Cook for about 10-minutes over medium heat.

Serve with hot garlic bred made with Oregon Flavor Rack's Garlic  Lover's Garlic.
