Garlic & Wine Mushrooms


1 pound whole button mushrooms (petite)

1 Tbl Oregon Flavor Rack's GARLIC LOVER'S GARLIC

1/3 cup butter or margarine

1 cup red wine


Melt butter in saut'e pan.  Add Oregon Flavor Rack's Garlic Lover's Garlic and stir until slightly toasted.  Add button mushrooms and saut'e on medium heat until tender.  Turn heat to low and add wine.  Let simmer for about 10-minutes.  Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish with any romantic meal.   Garnish with fresh parsley.
