Herbs de Provence Tortellini Salad


7 oz cheese-filled tortellini

2 cups frozen peas

1 bunch green onion (chopped with tops)

2 stalks celery (diced)

1 green bell pepper (diced)

1 red bell pepper (diced)

1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

1 Feta cheese

1 cup Fat Free Italian dressing

1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbl Oregon Flavor Rack's HERB DE PROVENCE


Cook tortellini until tender.  Drain the pasta, rinse and set aside.  In large salad bowl, mix together all of the vegetables.  Crumble the feta cheese into the vegetables.  Add the pasta, salad dressing and grated Parmesan cheese.  Sprinkle with Oregon Flavor Rack's Herbs de Provence seasoning.  Toss well and refrigerate until chilled.
