Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms & Zucchini


1 pound button mushrooms

1 pound zucchini

1 Tbl. butter or margarine

1 Tbl. Garlic Lover's Garlic

8 oz. Angel hair pasta


Cut mushrooms into quarters, slice zucchini straight down vertically so you have two long rounds then cut an inch wide horizontally.  Melt butter or margarine in large sauté pan on high heat.  Put in cut mushrooms and zucchini sauté for 3-5 minutes until all veggies are nice and wet, then sprinkle on Garlic Lover's Garlic sauté for another minute and reduce heat to low.

Serve over the bed of angel hair pasta with a tossed green salad and Garlic bread sprinkled with the Garlic Lover's Garlic.
