Vegetarian Fettuccine Alfredo


Cooked fettuccine (enough for 4 to 5 people)

3 TBL grated onion

1 cup heavy cream

3 oz fresh Parmesan cheese

1 cube butter or margarine

1 red bell pepper (diced)

2 TBL Oregon Flavor Rack's ITALIAN HERB BLEND

1 Tsp Oregon Flavor Rack's GARLIC LOVER'S GARLIC

4 cups steamed vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, yellow squash, & onion)

Chopped parsley (for garnish)


Heat butter or margarine, onion and Oregon Flavor Rack's Italian Herb Blend over  low heat until butter is melted.  Pour in half of the cream, whisk well.  Add the rest of the cream and sprinkle in Oregon Flavor Rack's Garlic Lover's Garlic.

Remove from heat and add grated cheese, stir until sauce is smooth.  Toss hot fettuccine and steamed vegetables with sauce.
