Split baked potatoes length wise into quarters and scoop out the baked filling. Mash and then whip the baked potato filling with the butter, milk and Oregon Flavor Rack's SENSATIONAL ONION & HERB seasoning.
Use a pastry or frosting bag, pipe the filling back into the quartered potato skins. Top with grated cheese and place in toaster oven until cheese has melted. Serve with Garlic & Herb Dip.
